Brad May will be wearing a Toronto Maple Leafs jersey from now on.  The Anaheim Ducks sent the forward to the Leafs in exchange for a conditional sixth-round draft pick in 2010. 

May will be reunited with Brian Burke, the new GM for Toronto, with whom he had time to get acquainted with the Ducks and the Vancouver Canucks.  I’m sure Burke is hoping May can toughen up the Leafs lineup (aren’t we all?) and provide a little leadership.

May, who is originally from Toronto, is in the final year of a two-year contract.
